Incredible. There's a pattern of immunity, possible plea deals, and missing crucial evidence that I can resonate with. And the search was indeed ridiculous - like, since when does the public take the lead in an investigation? It certainly sounds like Morris was offered a deal here. Your attention to detail in this article is superb!

Thank you! It is absolutely amazing (horrifying) how many times people like Morris were just allowed to do as they please. There was definitely some kind of deal going on, and unlike other deals, Morris' deal was hidden. In a real case, his mother and brother would have been prosecuted for what they did with the evidence. I forgot to mention, Morris' mother worked for the Cherry Hills Police Department, but we don't know in what position.

They let people like this off the hook in return for their participation, allowing them freely back into society. Circuit court records can show if a recorded offence has been disposed too. And it’s interesting when you see familiar names involved:)

That is so true! I've got so many records to obtain from a massive list I'm working my way down. Some are court records for certain people that I suspect have had charges dropped! Some of these people don't come up in background searches and they should because they were registered sex offenders and magically now they are not! It's interesting how so many people with serious medical problems and criminal charges were involved in these situations.

Yes! I found the same also. It's great that we can see parallels here. Records such as SO's should never disappear either!

I’m still waiting for the day we discover a connection between Jeff and the people involved with Columbine. A LOT of Columbine crisis actors are from Wisconsin, and there seems to be a central hub of sorts going on in that state!
